RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Got Defective product? No worries, you can return or exchange your Amilwa purchase within 7 days of delivery, free of charge for exchanges. We want you to love your look.

Need to Return/Exchange/Damaged Product?

Return or exchange your Amilwa buys in 3 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):

1) Email us at phlinxservices@gmail.com regarding your request attached with defective product picture

2) Your request will be veryfied within 2 business days.

3) Book your return/exchange to our office address at 1ST FLOOR, FLAT NO 101, A BLOCK, PLATINA EXOTICA APARTMENT, VALAGERAHALLI, DUBASIPALYA, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, 560059

4) We accept returns initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the funds should appear in your account within 5-10 business day, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5) If required further steps will be sent over your email.
